Cops responding to a complaint about the situation found the 31-year-old Trenton resident under a stairwell, chewing on cigarette tobacco and “glass,” which tips the story from “funny” to the sort of nightmare scenario that belongs in an anti-drug public service announcement. Thankfully, the guy suffered only minor cuts to his mouth, though he was charged for public nudity and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
