After a police officer was hit by an ATV and dragged down the street on Sunday in Cypress Hills, police arrested 23-year-old Christian Oliviere, who was found hiding in an auto-body shop after abandoning his vehicle. Apparently there was more than one person careening through the streets of Brooklyn on an illegal ATV at the time, because on Tuesday the NYPD said they have the wrong man. While Oliviere was allegedly fleeing from police, he wasn’t the driver involved in the hit-and-run. Police have released a sketch of the suspect, so hopefully there aren’t many more skull helmet-wearing ATV drivers in the area.
