Rob Turkavage, who had hoped to run against Senator Cory Booker in this November's election, will not be doing so. "I'm stuck in traffic," he told New Jersey's Star-Ledger right before Monday's deadline to turn in the 1,000 signatures he collected to qualify for his party's primary. "To make a long story short, I called them to see if I could get down there. They said if you’re not there until 4, don't bother coming," he explained, adding that he planned to just go home once he could get off Route 9. Don't look at Chris Christie.
