Mayor Bill de Blasio delayed his family vacation by a day to deal with the death of a Staten Island man while being taken into NYPD custody, but on Sunday he finally arrived in Italy ... and did some more work. After getting off an overnight coach flight, de Blasio held a news conference to address the NYPD misconduct allegations. Then he met with Rome Mayor Ignazio Marino to discuss problems facing the two cities (but not horse carriages, much to the Daily News's chagrin). So far the Italian press is making the family feel at home. Photographers seem most interested in Dante, and have already asked Chiara about her new mini-bun hairstyle. She laughed and said, "No comment."
