NBC New York reports that the horrifying find happened on Thursday evening, in the same Hempstead neighborhood where two arms turned up in separate yards last Wednesday and Thursday, and not far from the Bay Shore lot where a torso was found the same week. The police had been looking into whether the body parts belonged to 27-year-old Chinelle Latoya Browne, a Brownsville woman who went missing recently. DNA tests are being conducted, so at least the first part of this grisly mystery will be solved soon.
