1 Shot Killed Arizona Shooting Instructor

The autopsy results are in for the Arizona shooting instructor who died while teaching a 9-year-old girl how to shoot an Uzi: He was killed by just one shot to the head. Clark County Coroner Mike Murphy told NBC News the "immediate cause of death" was the sole bullet that struck 39-year-old Charles Vacca. It only takes one.

Vacca had been teaching the girl, who has not been named, how to shoot the Uzi submachine gun when the weapon recoiled in her hands. A video of the incident cuts out just before Vacca is hit. The ranch where the incident occurred is now reportedly considering a height requirement for prospective shooters.
