In the past year Mitt Romney has gone from repeatedly insisting that he’s not running for president in 2016 to at least pretending that he might be interested, but apparently he forgot to tell his wife about this strategy shift. At the end of an interview about the Ann Romney Center for Neurological Diseases at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, a new research facility that will focus on Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, and brain tumors, Ann Romney told the L.A. Times that the Romneys are through with presidential campaigns. “Done,” she said. “Completely. Not only Mitt and I are done, but the kids are done,” she said of their five sons. “Done. Done. Done.” Okay, we’ll put her down as a “maybe.”
