Reminder: America’s Infrastructure Is Crumbling

It’s not news that America’s infrastructure isn’t in great shape, but it’s easy to forget that the roads, bridges, and rails we travel on every day are in many cases literally falling apart. For a refresher, check out this report from tonight’s 60 Minutes, featuring a section of I-95 that would have collapsed if contractors didn’t happen to stop for a sandwich, a bridge in Pittsburgh that has a structure built underneath it just to prevent chunks of concrete from falling on cars, and the members of Congress who generally agree but have yet to fix the problem. Oh, and have a happy and stress-free Thanksgiving, from the team at 60 Minutes!
