The Baltimore Police Department announced in a press conference on Thursday that its investigation into the death of Freddie Gray is complete, and it is handing the findings over to the State Attorney’s office, which will ultimately decide whether or not to press charges. The full investigation will not be revealed to the public, but Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said that surveillance footage revealed the van transporting Gray made one more stop than previously known, bringing the total stops to four. Davis did not reveal what the stop was for. During the 45-minute ride — which some have speculated was a “rough ride” —Gray received an injury to his spine. He later fell into a coma and died at a local hospital.
