Hillary Clinton’s Instagram account debuted a few hours ago, and she already has more than 16,000 followers.
Her first action was to add a new star-spangled front to her decades-long pantsuit offensive. She paired a snapshot of nine pantsuits with the caption “Hard Choices,” which also happens to be the name of her latest book.
“All of us face hard choices in our lives,” Clinton wrote in the book, presumably not referring to pantsuits. “Life is about making such choices. Our choices and how we handle them shape the people we become.”
Picking this photo to be her campaign’s first shouldn’t have been a hard choice, considering the mostly positive remarks and emoji in the comments.
Also, since that overwhelming array of attire speaks 9,000 words, after a bit of rough, rusty adage arithmetic, this one photo has probably revealed enough about Clinton for her to justify avoiding the press for another few months.
Clinton’s Instagram profile reads, “Doting grandmother, among other things. #Hillary2016.”
