The Mets have won six straight games since the trade deadline, and currently sit atop the National League East, but they can’t fully shake the misfortune that fans have grown accustomed to. Lefty reliever Jerry Blevins, who’s been on the disabled list since April when he was struck with a line drive, will miss the remainder of the season after he reinjured his arm falling off a curb earlier this week, according to the team.
