The Insatiable Thirst: Nadja at BAM

  • 8/31/10 at 3:05 PM

Just a reminder that BAM will be screening Michael Almereyda's beautiful and melancholy meditation on the insatiable thirst for love, Nadja, starring Elina Lowensohn as Dracula's daughter, Peter Fonda as Van Helsing, and a cast that includes Martin Donovan and Suzy Amis. I'll be doing a Q&A afterward with Almereyda (he also made the marvelous modern-dress Hamlet with Ethan Hawke), producer Amy Hobby, and editor David Leonard. I've known Michael for eons; it should be fun. I hope to see you there.
