Jets’ Success Means PSLs Probably Aren’t Getting Any Cheaper

If you were banking on the Jets having so much trouble selling the remaining tickets to their new stadium that they'd lower the price of the personal-seat licenses, you're probably out of luck. A couple of months ago, they dropped the actual ticket price of some of the remaining club seats, but made the decision to keep the PSL price (which ranges from $5,000 to $25,000) the same. And as Darren Rovell sees it, this decision has a better chance of paying off the further the Jets advance. The numbers back it up: The team's vice-president of stadium development and finance tells him that they will break new monthly ticket-sales records this month. [Sports Biz/CNBC]
