Two Opening Days down — the season's first games for both the local teams — one to go: The Mets return home today after a series loss in Philadelphia (but with a .500 record overall) to open their Citi Field slate against the Nationals. Last year, Opening Day player introductions featured a little more booing than these things should normally feature, but while not all of the franchise's problems have been solved, that one, in large part, should be. (Well, except potentially for Francisco Rodriguez, who says it's out of his hands.) First pitch of the Mets' 50th Opening Day — not including the ceremonial one to be thrown by Ralph Kiner — is scheduled for 4:10.
