Of the 500 people who signed up for The Sports Section’s NCAA Tournament Pool, not a single one picked Butler — last year’s runner-up — to win it all. And so with Brad Stevens’s team set to square off with UConn tonight in Houston, our pool comes down to its final two hopefuls, as well. Leading the field right now — and thus rooting for a Butler victory that will earn no one any points, is a bracket named “JJSPACE” that has UConn losing in the title game to Kansas. Meanwhile, mets147 — whose bracket, “Lord_Jeff_Baller,” predicted Jim Calhoun’s team would beat Kansas in the final — will win the free post on this blog if UConn prevails tonight. Good luck to both, and enjoy the game tonight, everybody.
