If you've been following the coverage of the NBA labor talks over the past 24 hours, you might have come across a couple mentions of a brawl that took place out on 63rd Street last night between two cameramen covering the lockout. Well, CBS Sports' Ken Berger alerts us to the fact that a clip of the fight has surfaced. Let's go to the videotape.
There's an occasional kick, but for the most part, the two just dance around each other with their fists up. It's really barely a fight at all. If this happened on a hockey rink, the combatants would maybe receive a double-minor for roughing, but not five minutes for fighting. And to all the hoops fans who have no idea what we're talking about when we reference the sport of ice hockey, all we can say is that, with the NBA season on hold, what better time to learn?
