The NBA regular season is set to start on Christmas Day, but in the meantime, we’ll continue to simulate the Knicks season (based on the original 2011–12 schedule) on PlayStation 3, and post the results here as if they were actual games. So! In their next-to-last game until they shuffle off this mortal coil, the faux-Knicks beat the Jazz 82-77. It is the Knicks’ eighth straight win, bringing their record to 15-11 on the year. They now head into a home-and-home with the Celtics; little do they know that after the first of those two games, they will perish from the Earth. So no pressure!
