Our PS3 Loves the Giants on Sunday

Big win, guys.

Apparently our PlayStation 3 loves the Giants. Last week, running the Giants-Falcons wild-card matchup through our Madden 12 game on the PS3 equaled a runaway Giants victory, which ended up happening in real life. So get excited: In our simulation, the Giants just pasted the Packers, 43-21. Of note in that score: The Packers notched those 21 points on seven field goals, no touchdowns. Six of those field goals came in the first half, and the Giants’ defense shut down the Pack in the second half, intercepting three Aaron Rodgers passes, two of them for touchdowns. Eli Manning was fantastic, throwing for three touchdowns, two of them to Victor Cruz. So yay, everybody! They advance to play New Orleans, which slipped past San Francisco for the right to go to the Super Bowl. Oh, and if you were wondering: In our simulation, the Patriots just killed Tebow. After the jump, the pre-game video from Lambeau Field.

You can almost smell the cheese.
