Just to remind, the Big East conference, in two years, is going to contain Boise State, San Diego State, Central Florida, Memphis, Houston, SMU, and Navy. In football. Some are in football, and some drop out for basketball. It's all terribly confusing. (This is the conference that should be called Conference USA.) This, combined with everyone who is still hanging around, leaves them with only thirteen teams in football, which means, according to new Big East commissioner Mike Aresco, they're gonna grab one more. Considering their geography, it could be literally anyone. But hey: Somebody who happens to be on the East Coast just won their opener 55-0 last night and is likely to feature an NFL starting quarterback in a week. C'mon, Mike: You know you want Fordham.
