Tonight’s Big Premieres, in Brief

My level of psychedness for tonight's premieres:
Parks and Recreation (NBC, 8:30): Much better than you realize.
The Office (NBC, 9:00): Now and forever. Also: Historically important as the only show to have solved the riddle of requited sexual tension.
Community (NBC, 9:30): Funny and well-written premiere. Fingers crossed.
Survivor: Samoa (CBS, 8:00): Randomly, I predict Russell as the winner, solely on the basis of his missing tooth.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX, 10:00): I was lucky enough to stumble across the totally insane musical episode of this show last year and suddenly got why people were into it. Here's the deranged sequence itself (which is reserved for "mature audiences," although I actually think they mean "deeply immature audiences"). And also, Vulture's review of last night's live performance of the episode.
Bones (Fox, 8:00): My favorite procedural.
Fringe (Fox, 9:00): I stopped watching it, but I know there are passionate followers and I'm thinking I should re-up.
(Here's a thoughtful comparison of the Bones and Fringe premieres by Daniel Fienberg.)
