Five small parks, including Petrosino Square on Cleveland Place and John Delury Square on Fulton and Gold Streets, will debut in lower Manhattan in the next few months. Cavala Park, a former parking lot near the Holland Tunnel, is now an oasis with this Zenlike tiered waterfall, designed by Soho artist Elyn Zimmerman as an homage to the waterway that gave Canal Street its name.
