I went to another show this morning, Tracy Reese. What I love
this year is designers are returning to the '40s and '50s—dresses
are more feminine. I have so many curves in my body. Thank god
they are going back to full skirts and fitted tops. Do you think there's strength in looking feminine?
I would say mysticism. There's mysticism in being a woman, looking
like a woman. In order to be mysterious, you have to cover up a little.
I keep saying that to my daughter—save some room for men's
imaginations! How old is she?
16. It was the right time to tell her. What about your handbag?
Vintage. Do you have shops you love for vintage?
The best place is London. You can find vintage clothing nearly
everywhere. Especially Kensington, Portobello Road. Do you go to markets?
All the markets. What's your best vintage find?
A Chanel brooch. I bought it 15 years ago and I cherish it.
