What are you wearing?
It's all Mandate of Heaven. And your boots?
These are actually Marc Jacobs. You were just coming out of the Cynthia Steffe show. Do you
love her?
I have seen her stuff a few times. Her show was absolutely beautiful.
Very ladylike. Very much my style. But you're still more street, while ladylike.
Depending on the occasion, I would dress more in that style,
if it seemed appropriate. Do you wear this look to class?
Sometimes, yes. I'm not a jeans and T-shirt kind of girl. I
like to present myself well. You never know who you're going
to meet or when you're going to see someone. It's always good
to be at your best. Do you think the teachers take you more seriously when you
dress up?
I don't think it really matters that much either way. I would feel like I was ready for anything if I was dressed
like you. Unless climbing a mountain, maybe. Do you do that
sort of thing?
I'm from the South, so I definitely do that sort of thing. Where do you love to shop in New York?
The Lower East Side and this place on Ludlow called Shop.
