Bare Legs Are Boring
Straps, wraps, boots, elaborately constructed pants—dressing didn’t stop at the knee. At Balenciaga, it took models 45 minutes to get into their gladiator-inspired leg wrappers. Christopher Kane made a virtue of threadbare with shredded jeans that were more air than denim.
