So you’re a waitress?
For the time being. I work at Buddakan in the meatpacking district.

Have you seen any celebrities?
I saw Kevin from The Office, which was huge and awesome. I’ve just arrived from Kansas, so everything is a bit of a culture shock.

Wow, you’re from Kansas, and you’re wearing red shoes.
I always wear red shoes when I feel down because they make me happy. It’s the one cliché I will allow myself: girl from Kansas who wears red shoes.

Why are you feeling down?
