How’d you get into the funeral business?
My ex-husband and I opened up a funeral home in Virginia Beach in 1995. Now I consult. I’m not bragging, but I’ve been blessed with the ability to direct families in a professional manner. I hand out the hankies.
Where do you live now?
In Brooklyn. I’ve been here since 2004.
Why’d you move?
My only, lovely, special son, Morgan, is an architect here. And I went through a terrible divorce in Virginia Beach. But the people there, they still love me.
Are you dating?
Everyone thinks Morgan is my lover. He’s six-foot- four, with green-blue eyes. You would love him. Maybe I should cut him loose and then I’ll get a boyfriend.
