You sound British.
I live in London and grew up in Cornwall, a surf town. When I’m in New York, I love going to that surf shop and café Saturdays in Soho.
Do you love surfers, too?
Yes. I met this guy on [the dating app] Tinder recently who lives in New York and is a big surfer. He’s a stockbroker—which isn’t really my type—but we’ve been talking on Facebook, and I think I’m going to see him when I’m in town next.
You should go to Saturdays together!
Yeah, maybe I’ll ask if he’s heard of Saturdays. That’ll be my test to see if he’s cool enough.
