• Former Quick & Simple editor Susan Toepfer has been tapped as editor-in-chief of OK!, to replace outgoing Sarah Ivens. Also, publisher Tom Morrissey got the boot (despite recent good numbers) and will be replaced by Lori Burgess, formerly of Elle, Seventeen, and House & Garden. Apparently it’s much more complicated than we thought to find someone to say, “Oh, I know, PINK!” every week. [NYP]
