Here’s the latest bit of the long saga of Broken Angel, the arty, ramshackle Clinton Hill landmark, featured in Dave Chappelle’s Block Party, whose owners were trying to convert it to quirky condos: They’ve put the 13,000-square-foot structure up for sale with no asking price.
