After the governor’s office so publicly flubbed the selection process to replace Hillary Clinton in the Senate, his approval numbers are way down among Democrats. In fact, if the next gubernatorial primary were to be held today, according to a Quinnipiac poll, Attorney General Andrew Cuomo would clobber David Paterson 55 percent to 23 percent.
