NBC political guru Chuck Todd has inked a deal with Little, Brown to pen what will most certainly become one of the definitive works of nonfiction ever created by man. Todd and his goatee plan to use their unparalleled access to the upper echelons of government to expertly chronicle the complicated political relationship between President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton.
