The GOP endorsement and prominent ballot line that Mayor Bloomberg spent so much time and money securing may also be weighing down his numbers, a new Quinnipiac poll shows. Bloomberg’s lead over Comptroller Bill Thompson (who most people still aren’t sure is a real person) has shrunk to just 10 points from 22 points a month ago. So what changed in a month?
