Last night at Fashion’s Night Out, after the Pretty Reckless show on Perry Street, we found ourselves loitering outside Taylor Momsen’s trailer. (Don’t ask why, you would have done the same thing.) We were startled to be joined in short order by The Beautiful Life star Mischa Barton, mostly because the gang on the sidewalk was just us and some Pace University students waiting for autographs. Naturally, we tried to get an interview with Barton. But the former O.C. star, cigarette in hand, said, “Now’s not a good time.” Still, she did gamely pose for pictures. Is the 23-year-old model-actress merely a fan of Taylor Momsen’s? Or was something more sinister afoot? We guess we’ll never know.
