Ousted Honduran President Can Return to Power

In what Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is calling “an historic agreement” (AN historic … we hate that), Honduran president Manuel Zelaya, who had been removed from office in June in a military coup, will be allowed to serve out the remaining three months of his term. Just as relieved as Zelaya may be the Brazilian embassy in Honduras, where Zelaya has been crashing for over a month. Sure, he would have been arrested had he left the grounds, but still, every houseguest has to know his limits. [NYT]
