how about that?

Conservatives Praise Obama’s Nobel Speech

Upon accepting his Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo yesterday, President Obama delivered a speech that spent a considerable amount of time on the idea of a “just war.” This went over very well with a crowd that usually doesn’t like anything Obama says — conservatives.

“I liked what he said,” Sarah Palin told USA Today. “Of course, war is the last thing I believe any American wants to engage in, but it’s necessary. We have to stop these terrorists.”

“I think having a liberal president who goes to Oslo on behalf of a peace prize and reminds the committee that they would not be free, they wouldn’t be able to have a peace prize, without having [the ability to use] force,” Newt Gingrich said. “I thought in some ways it’s a very historic speech.”

Even Kristen Soltis at the National Review’s Corner, ground zero of Obama hatred, managed to praise his speech as a “pleasant surprise.”

Is this that new era of bipartisanship he was talking about?
