At a press conference tomorrow, Rudy Giuliani is expected to announce that he will not run for governor, or any other political office, in 2010. America’s mayor will instead throw his support behind Republican gubernatorial hopeful Rick Lazio and concentrate on becoming more of a force within the GOP.
