A Queens sophomore who broke her ankle while sliding into second base during a practice for her high-school softball team is suing her coach, as well as the city, because he allegedly never taught her how to slide. Thing is, the 15-year-old says she’s played softball since she was 7. If you’ve played eight years of softball without sliding, then maybe the coach should sue you, for not giving 110 percent.
