The American Express office in New York and a Bank of America tower in Tampa both received envelopes containing white powder today. In both cases, the buildings were evacuated until the substance was found to be harmless. This raises a number of questions. Are there two deranged people sending faux anthrax, coincidentally on the same day? Is he/she/they the same people who recently targeted the U.N., the Lithuanian consulate, and/or the Times?
