Four times the government has tried to convict John Gotti Jr. And four times it failed. Federal prosecutors announced today that it’s not going to try a fifth. Gotti has had four trials end in mistrials in the past five years. Over that time he has been accused of securities fraud, extortion, loan sharking, kidnapping, drug trafficking and multiple murders.
