Some weird findings by a CBS News/New York Times poll: When Americans are asked whether “gay men and lesbians” should be allowed to openly serve in the military, 58 percent say yes. When asked, however, if equally not-straight “homosexuals” should be allowed to openly serve in the military, only 44 percent say yes. Maybe we should start out letting gays serve, and then gradually phase in homosexuals once America gets comfortable? [CBS News]
