If there’s one thing former and possibly future lawmaker Hiram Monserrate has no respect for, it’s the law. His latest transgression came today when he was brazenly electioneering within 100 feet of a polling place on Election Day, which is not legal. He did this multiple times today. The second time, after Monserrate and two vans with his name on them parked next to a polling place in Jackson Heights, a poll worker told Monserrate to move the vans. “Buzz off, man. Buzz off,” Monserrate angrily replied to the poll worker. “Go shave, get a haircut and get lost. Who are you to tell me who I can and can’t talk to?” Um, a poll worker?
