Back in 2003, Staten Island resident Maria Alaimo had a boob job. The results were not what she anticipated. “It appears like there’s two breasts [on each side] stacked on top of each other,” the lawyer she hired to sue the surgeon said in wonderment. According to her complaint, Maria lost her self-esteem and her husband due to the botched surgery, for which a court has awarded her the sum of $3.5 million. Which is pretty good, when you consider that there’s lot of people out there with no self-esteem, husbands, or boobs at all.
