Chuck Schumer must fly Spirit Airlines, because the senator is furious about the company’s plan to start charging $45 for carry-on baggage. He’s so mad, in fact, that he’s trying to get the Treasury Department to close a loophole that allows airlines to charge fees on things like bags, peanuts, and pillows and not get taxed.
