Patricia Cohen, whose epic legal battle against her ex-husband, billionaire SAC Capital founder Steve Cohen, was detailed by Steve Fishman in last week’s New York, is now being sued herself. Her former lawyer, Paul Batista, whom Cohen hired to file a racketeering claim against her ex, has filed suit against her, seeking a lien on any eventual settlement she may receive from her ex.
