Just about six months after her memoir Going Rogue was released — which went on to sell 2 million hardcover copies — Sarah Palin is moving ahead with a second one. Titled America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag, the book is scheduled for a November 23 release and will include “selections from classic and contemporary readings that have moved her.” Expectations for this second go-round appear to have been tempered a bit: After Rogue had a first printing of 1.5 million copies, America by Heart will see an initial run of 1 million.
