More Than 200 Graves at Arlington Mismarked

At least 211 people are buried in misidentified or unmarked graves at Arlington National Cemetery, due to “dysfunctional” management. The cemetery’s two top employees have been relieved of their duties, Secretary of the Army John M. McHugh said, and will be replaced by Kathryn Condon in a newly created executive-director position. The Army investigation began last year after initial reports of employee misconduct at the cemetery on Salon.com. [At War/NYT]
