John Varvatos has found a new place to hang his fabulous clothes: A source says the acclaimed menswear (and perfume and shoe) designer has taken up residence in a posh rental in the 70s on Fifth Avenue that was asking $10,500 a month. No word on what he’s actually paying, but the two-bedroom, three-bath is in one of only a few condo buildings on the swanky thoroughfare, and is said to include views of Central Park from its living room and balcony.
