The Justice Department couldn’t put together a criminal case against the AIG Financial Products head, who took home a $300 million bonus the year before his unit allegedly drove the insurer to require a $182 billion bailout. The SEC couldn’t find any evidence of fraud. And needless to say, the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission couldn’t get the dude to admit he’d ever even told a white lie. Now, it is up to the one man who remains to stop this villian: Bonus Buster Andrew Cuomo.
