A month ago, ChatRoulette’s founders admitted the site’s image was being tarnished by a “parade of penises” that had invaded the live-chatting website. The new measure to combat that issue isn’t quite the “software that can quickly scan video to determine if a penis is being shown” that had been considered, but it does make it clear that flashing minors could land you in jail. The site now warns: “Broadcasting inappropriate content to minors is a violation of both US and UN law. We are actively cooperating with law enforcement agencies.” How are they going to enforce this?
