Facebook officially hit its 500 millionth user this morning. (Predicted, perhaps, by The Social Network movie poster.) CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the site’s “almost guaranteed” to hit one billion users in the near future. And yet, a new poll based on user satisfaction puts Facebook in the bottom 5 percent of private-sector companies, the same range as airlines and cable companies.
